HIMA•San Pablo Bayamón

• 1976 Began operations as San Pablo Hospital in Bayamón.
• 1988 Cardiovascular Institute was inaugurated. Pioneers in Open Heart Surgery in Puerto Rico.
• 1996 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) began operations.
• 1998 Labor, Delivery and Recovery (LDR) program opened. The Pediatric Emergency Room, separate from adults, opened.
• 2002 The Ambulatory Surgery Center opened, today known as HIMA • San Pablo Bayamón Surgical Center.
• 2005 Became HIMA • San Pablo Hospital Bayamón, affiliated with Group HIMA•San Pablo.
• 2007 The Radiology Imaging Center opened.
• The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) was expanded.
• The Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) opened.
