The clinic is directed by Dr. José R. Cruz Díaz.  Dr. Cruz is the only physician in Puerto Rico with a subspecialty in Infertility board certified in Andrology and Embryology.  He completed a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the George Washington University (Washington, D.C.) and has a Bachelor degree in Biomedical Engineering from Marquette University (Milwaukee, Wisconsin).  He is currently a Professor of the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (Dept. of OB/GYN) at the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine.
